Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our services involve custom strategy, time, and third-party spend committed on a client's behalf, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

Project-Based Services

• Advances paid to begin a project are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Deliverables already completed and shared are considered final and billable

Retainer / Monthly Services

• Cancellation of an ongoing retainer requires written notice before the start of the next billing cycle
• Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable

Third-Party & Ad Spend

• Amounts already spent on advertising platforms, hosting, domains, or software licenses on a client's behalf are non-refundable

Digital Deliverables

Once a strategy document, creative asset, campaign, or piece of code has been delivered, it is considered a completed deliverable and is non-refundable.
